I gave this one the look of old forged iron, blackened and hammered, with curling arms and a twisted loop. The rough surface is on purpose. It is meant to read like something beaten into shape, not poured into a mold, because that is closer to how these were actually made.
Under that finish it is solid stainless steel, so it keeps the heavy, ancient feel without ever turning to rust. Water, sweat, and daily wear do nothing to it. The dark surface just deepens with time and starts to look like it has a history of its own.
The Viking cross comes from a strange moment in history, the years when the old gods and the new faith stood side by side and people refused to fully give up either one. That is the whole point of it for me. It is for the man who changes with the times without losing the place he came from. You wear it to remember you can do both.

Solid stainless steel beneath a forged, iron-look finish: skin-safe, waterproof, and immune to the rust real iron would carry.
The pendant measures roughly 4.2 × 3.3 cm and hangs from a stainless steel chain.

How To Wear & Care +
It slips over the head and rests at the chest. The forged surface is meant to look weathered, so there is no shine to fuss over.
A wipe with a dry cloth is all it needs. Keep it clear of harsh chemicals and it will hold its character for years.
