Row after row of small scales cover the whole band on this one, overlapping the way armor does. Run your thumb across it and you feel every ridge. It is a wide, solid ring with real presence on the hand, textured the full way around so there is no plain side to it.

I go over every piece by hand before it ships. The inside of the band is comfort-smoothed and the scale ridges are rounded, so it sits easy on the finger from morning to night, with no rough spot to rub you raw. I only work it in solid 316L surgical steel. Cheap zinc-alloy pieces are hollow, they tarnish fast and they turn skin green. This one will not do either. It arrives in a dark wooden Viking gift box, ready to give the day it lands.

How To Wear & Find Your Size +

Order the US ring size you usually wear. The band is wide, so if you sit on the line between two sizes, take the larger one for comfort.

To check, wrap a strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark the overlap, and measure it against a ring size chart. Do it late in the day, when your hands are at their fullest.
